About Agazoom
Hi! My name is Artin Safari.
I began my career as a software developer in 1995 and through the next thirteen years followed the career progression of a standard-issue techie, eventually finding myself as a Software Development Manager at a struggling software shop, failing at delivering quality solutions to it’s clients.
In was then that I discovered the Agile mindset, applied it to our delivery teams, and watched magic happen as our once-unhappy and grumpy clients transformed into satisfied returning customers.
I have not looked back since then and focused the rest of my career on helping software delivery teams get better by using Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
In 2020, I started Agazoom and have continued my journey of learning, applying my expertise in various organizations as a Scrum Master / Service Delivery Manager / Agile Coach.
And to scratch my techie itch, I also build and maintain websites for small businesses who want to ensure their online presence is in the hands of a knowledgeable and trustworthy expert. With 20 years of development experience in many verticals, I’ve acquired the skills and knowledge to know what works, what doesn’t, and how to keep my customers happy.
